This role sits at the intersection of Human Resources transformation and applied artificial intelligence, driving how AI is embedded across People operations. You will shape and execute an HR-focused AI strategy that redefines workflows, upskills teams, and unlocks new levels of efficiency and impact. Working closely with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify high-value use cases where AI can enhance recruiting, employee experience, and HR operations. You will act as a key change agent, enabling teams to adopt AI responsibly and effectively at scale. Accountabilities
You will lead the design and execution of an AI transformation roadmap for HR, embedding AI across core People functions and ensuring measurable business impact.
- Define and own the HR AI enablement strategy aligned with broader People and business priorities, identifying high-impact opportunities for automation and augmentation.
- Partner with HR leaders to map workflows and implement AI-driven improvements across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, and People Business Partnering.
- Design and deliver scalable AI upskilling programs, including role-based learning paths, workshops, and coaching to build AI fluency across HR teams.
- Drive end-to-end implementation of AI-enabled workflows such as job description generation, screening support, HR analytics, and employee communications.
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI use in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and IT stakeholders.
- Track adoption, measure impact, and continuously refine AI initiatives based on feedback, performance data, and evolving organizational needs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate combines strong HR domain expertise with practical, hands-on experience applying AI in professional environments and driving organizational change.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Learning & Development, with exposure to transformation or enablement initiatives.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context, with strong understanding of workflow applications.
- Proven ability to design prompts, evaluate outputs, and apply large language models effectively in business use cases.
- Experience designing and delivering training, enablement, or change management programs in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Docebo.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini and Claude, including responsible AI principles and data privacy considerations.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills with the ability to influence adoption across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure impact, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
