Benefits Operations Specialist

You will be responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and administration of global employee benefits programs while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality employee experience.

• Support the development and management of global benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and country-specific plans.
• Coordinate benefits processing activities, including invoice review, billing approvals, and vendor documentation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for benefits brokers and external vendors, maintaining strong and effective partnerships.
• Assist employees and managers by responding to questions regarding benefits interpretation and eligibility.
• Support onboarding processes by guiding new employees through benefits and compensation-related topics.
• Contribute to the evaluation, design, and improvement of existing and new benefits programs.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across benefits systems and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to improve workflows and scale benefits operations globally.

Requirements:

You are an experienced and service-oriented professional with strong expertise in employee benefits administration and a solid understanding of HR operations in a global context.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee benefits, HR operations, or welfare program administration.
• Strong understanding of group benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Nice-to-haves: prior experience in a fully remote environment and exposure to international benefits programs.
