This senior leadership role sits at the center of global people strategy, shaping how compensation, benefits, and rewards programs attract and retain top talent across a multi-region organization. You will design and lead scalable, data-driven total rewards frameworks that ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. The role spans global compensation strategy, benefits design, and executive incentive planning, with direct influence on organizational effectiveness and workforce engagement. You will partner closely with senior leaders across HR, Finance, and business functions to align rewards programs with long-term business goals. This is a high-impact position combining strategic leadership with deep analytical and operational ownership. You will also lead a team and drive innovation in rewards practices, including digital transformation and analytics adoption. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will define and execute the global total rewards strategy, ensuring programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives across all regions.
- Design and implement a global compensation strategy that supports business goals and ensures market competitiveness across regions and job levels.
- Oversee job architecture, salary structures, and global pay equity programs to maintain fairness and consistency.
- Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit planning, promotions, and bonus/incentive processes.
- Partner with Finance and senior leadership to design and manage short- and long-term incentive programs.
- Develop and evolve a global benefits strategy covering health, wellness, retirement, and ancillary programs across diverse markets.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, reporting obligations, and compensation disclosures.
- Manage external vendors, consultants, and benchmarking partners to ensure cost-effective and high-quality program delivery.
- Lead and develop a global Total Rewards team, driving innovation, capability building, and digital transformation.
- Use data analytics and market insights to evaluate program effectiveness and guide leadership decision-making.
- Design and champion global wellness initiatives that support employee well-being, engagement, and work-life balance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in global total rewards strategy, strong analytical capability, and proven leadership experience in complex, multi-country environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 10–12+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, including leadership roles in compensation and benefits.
- Demonstrated success in designing and managing global compensation and benefits programs.
- Strong expertise in equity programs, pay governance, and global regulatory compliance.
- Experience working across multiple regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, APAC) with understanding of local compensation practices.
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency with HRIS and compensation tools, as well as advanced Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Hay Group) strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at senior executive level.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements in a global organization.
