This is a high-impact strategic HR leadership role supporting a global Sales organization in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The position sits at the intersection of people strategy and business execution, partnering closely with senior sales leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and performance. You will play a key role in shaping workforce planning, leadership capability, and talent strategies that enable scalable growth. The role requires comfort operating in ambiguity while translating complex business needs into clear, actionable people solutions. You will influence senior stakeholders across multiple geographies and functions, ensuring alignment between business priorities and people outcomes. This is both a strategic and hands-on role where execution excellence and advisory capability are equally important.

Accountabilities:
- Partner with global Sales executives to design and execute people strategies that drive business growth, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and operating model evolution to support scaling Sales teams globally.
- Coach and influence senior leaders on talent strategy, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Leverage people analytics and insights to identify trends, diagnose gaps, and implement targeted solutions that improve engagement and productivity.
- Drive global talent management processes including performance cycles, succession planning, and leadership capability building.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging by embedding fair and scalable practices across hiring, development, and team design.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People and Sales stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact programs aligned to business priorities.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a People Business Partner or HR leadership role supporting global Sales or Go-To-Market organizations in high-growth tech environments.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and advise senior executives in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and talent strategy at scale.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate people analytics into actionable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success thriving in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with shifting priorities.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution in an individual contributor capacity.
- Nice to have: experience in SaaS, enterprise software, global Sales organizations, and advanced people analytics tools.
Benefits:
- Annual Cash Compensation Range: $201,300 – $322,100 USD (may include base salary, bonus, and on-target earnings depending on eligibility).
