This role plays a critical part in shaping and sustaining a positive, compliant, and high-performing employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring HR policies, programs, and practices are applied consistently and effectively. The position blends strategic partnership with hands-on HR operations, covering areas such as employee relations, onboarding, development, and offboarding. You will be responsible for resolving complex employee relations matters, often involving sensitive or managerial-level issues, while ensuring fair and data-informed outcomes. The role also involves identifying root causes of organizational challenges and recommending policy or process improvements. You will collaborate closely with leadership to support workforce planning, compliance, and culture initiatives. Accountabilities:
- Act as a key HR Business Partner supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding processes.
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations cases, including those involving management, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.
- Investigate employee relations issues to identify root causes and implement structured, long-term solutions.
- Partner with leadership to design, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with labor laws and organizational needs.
- Support HR project execution and contribute to the implementation of new initiatives across the organization.
- Provide guidance on HR policies including payroll, benefits, compensation, and employee development programs.
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees to act as a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner.
- Recommend improvements to policies, processes, and communications to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4–6+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong background in employee relations, HR operations, and HR business partnering within a dynamic organization.
- Proven ability to analyze complex situations, apply sound judgment, and develop practical, creative solutions.
- Experience resolving sensitive or escalated employee relations issues involving multiple stakeholders or management-level concerns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements, and employment law considerations.
- Preferred experience working with HR systems such as ADP.
