What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Utilize Figma, Notion, and Airtable to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance team collaboration.
• Source and engage top talent through creative outreach and networking strategies.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and alignment with company culture.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and drive better hiring outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–10 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, particularly in fast-paced settings.
• Proficient in using Figma, Notion, and Airtable for recruitment and project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates.

Preferred

• Experience working in a venture-backed startup or rapidly growing company.
• Familiarity with AI and data-driven technologies.

Compensation and Benefits
