What You Will Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and engage top technical talent using various platforms, including Slack, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with the People & Talent team to refine recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
  • Utilize data-driven metrics to track recruitment performance and make informed decisions.
  • Foster relationships with candidates and maintain ongoing communication throughout the hiring process.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 2–5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the AI or Devtools sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles through innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of technology and the ability to engage with technical candidates effectively.
  • Experience using Slack as a communication tool in the recruiting process.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with AI technologies and enterprise data solutions.
  • Experience in a startup environment, adapting quickly to changing needs and priorities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits
