About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and resourceful In-House Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional talent as we scale. This role will own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing, mission-aligned teams.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we identify, engage, and hire top talent—while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from first touch to offer.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles (technical and/or business functions depending on needs)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring strategies
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Manage and optimize the interview process from kickoff to offer, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience that reflects our brand and values
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time to fill, conversion rates)
  • Partner with People Ops on employer branding, recruiting processes, and tools
  • Support interview training and ensure structured, unbiased hiring practices


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of in-house recruiting experience at a high-growth startup or tech company
  • Experience hiring for technical, product, or go-to-market roles (fintech or SaaS preferred)
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Gem, Lever, Ashby)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Passion for building teams and contributing to company growth


Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or API-driven companies
  • Experience scaling teams from early-stage (Series A/B) environments
  • Exposure to employer branding or recruiting operations 

Our Offer:

Your base salary would fall within the bands below. Please keep in mind that the equity portion of your offer is not included in these numbers and represents a significant part of your total compensation.
