  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate placement.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and department leaders to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Draft and manage job postings across recruiting platforms to attract qualified applicants.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruiting activity within the firm’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening when required.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive and professional experience.
  • Assist with preparing offer letters and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified legal and administrative candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws and firm policies.
