- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate placement.
- Collaborate with attorneys and department leaders to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Draft and manage job postings across recruiting platforms to attract qualified applicants.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruiting activity within the firm’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening when required.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive and professional experience.
- Assist with preparing offer letters and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified legal and administrative candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws and firm policies.
