What You'll Do
As a Technical Recruiter (remote), you are responsible for the creation and execution of best practices for sourcing, attracting, and closing candidates for our clients' open positions. You will work directly with hiring managers on role intake, candidate calibration, and pipeline reviews, as well as engage directly with candidates and potential fitting talent. In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate interviews, set up interviews, and maintain trackers and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Source and interview exceptional talent based on ideal candidate profiles
- Close candidates to a successful offer acceptance
- Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Research our clients, their competitors, and related industries, while creating relevant sourcing strategies.
- Develop and execute strategies based on clients needs using recruiting best practices
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Partner with team members on becoming more efficient; decrease time-to-hire, increases the quality of our candidate pipelines.
- Manage complex searches and use data to advise the business on tech industry trends.
- Manage partnerships and build relationships at all levels both internally and externally.
- Work with offshore sourcing team to improve sourcing process and candidate quality
Requirements and Qualifications
- 4 - 8 years of technical recruiting experience recruiting technical talent, particularly in the AI/ML software and hard tech space in a competitive hiring environment
- Experience working directly with hiring managers, ideally founders, and managing expectations
- Proven experience building a diverse, technical talent pipeline for specialized niche roles
- Experience using a variety of effective sourcing tools and strategies (outside of LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem solving abilities
- Experience balancing multiple requisitions and/ or clients and delivering against competing priorities
- Strong judgment and candidate evaluation for rating talent
- Ability to navigate nuance and ambiguity with new systems and improving existing processes
- Perseverance to drive quality results quickly
- Experience with recruiting systems, dashboards and data analysis (i.e. Gem)
